Plytzo — Terms of Service

Version: 2026-09-28 · Status: PRE-LAUNCH DRAFT. Written to match how Plytzo works today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not legal advice. It will be reviewed before Plytzo is opened to the public.

1. About these Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Plytzo (working brand "Zafreya", not yet a registered company). By creating an account or using Plytzo you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Plytzo.

2. Who can use Plytzo

• You must be 13 or older. Plytzo is not for children under 13.
• If you are 13 to 17, you may only use Plytzo if that is allowed where you live, and with a parent or guardian's involvement where the law requires it. We only ask you to confirm your age; we do not verify it with documents.
• Providers have their own age rules. Each sponsored-activity provider and each offer can set its own rules, which may be stricter than ours. For example, Lootably's privacy policy says its users represent that they are 18 or older, or the parent or guardian of a minor who consents to the minor's use. Only take part in activities you are allowed to do. Completing an activity you are not eligible for can lead to the provider rejecting it.

3. Your account

• One account per person. Do not create or use more than one account.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Use an email address you can access; we may need it to confirm the account is yours.
• Do not use your real name, or anything offensive, as your username.

4. Plytzo Points

• Plytzo Points are not money. They are not a currency, not a bank deposit, do not earn interest, have no cash value, and have no value outside Plytzo. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, traded or withdrawn as cash.
• You cannot buy points. You earn them by completing eligible sponsored activities.
• New points usually appear as pending. They become available after the provider confirms the activity. Only available points can be redeemed.
• The number of points shown for an activity is an estimate. The points you get are calculated by our servers from the provider's confirmation.
• Points are credited as whole numbers. If an activity shows points with decimals (for example 6.5), you receive the whole number (6).
• We may correct mistakes (for example a technical error that credited the wrong amount).

5. Sponsored activities (offers, games, surveys)

• Activities are run by independent third parties — currently Lootably — and the advertisers behind each offer. Each one has its own rules and privacy policy, and you must follow them.
• To credit an activity, the provider needs to track that you completed it. Open activities from inside Plytzo, follow each offer's instructions, and do not block the tracking the offer needs. Some offers may require installing an app, reaching a level, or waiting a period of time.
• Points are not guaranteed. An activity only counts when the provider confirms it to our server. A provider can take time to confirm, or it can reject an activity (for example if the rules were not met, tracking failed, or it looked fraudulent).
• A provider can also reverse an activity after it was confirmed. When that happens we remove exactly the points that activity gave you, from your pending or available points.
• If those points were already spent, the difference is recorded as a points debt. Your next points pay the debt first, and redemptions are paused until the debt is cleared. A points debt is never charged in money.
• We are not responsible for a provider's or advertiser's offers, content or decisions, but we will help where we reasonably can if you contact us.

6. Rewards and redemptions

• Rewards (for example gift cards, such as Roblox gift cards) depend on availability, stock and eligibility, which our servers check. A reward may be unavailable, out of stock, paused, or not offered in your region, and the catalog can change.
• At the moment no real reward is available to redeem. We will announce rewards in the app when they are available.
• Redeeming spends available points. A redemption can be placed under review before it is completed.
• If a redemption fails, the points are returned to your balance, once.
• We do not promise a specific delivery time.

7. Fair play

You must not:

• create or use more than one account, or help others do so;
• use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or modified versions of the app;
• use VPNs, proxies, location spoofing or similar tools to hide who or where you are in order to get around our rules or a provider's rules;
• submit false or duplicate activity completions, or break an offer's rules;
• abuse referral codes (for example by referring your own accounts), once referrals are available;
• try to change balances, redemptions or our security systems, or overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law allows;
• sell, trade or transfer points or accounts.

Some signals (like a shared network or a VPN) are not treated as proof of abuse on their own.

8. Reviews, suspension and closure

• If our systems see behaviour that looks like fraud or abuse, we may review a redemption, temporarily limit earning or redeeming, or suspend an account. We try to keep these actions proportionate.
• For serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, or if the law or a provider requires it, we may close an account. Points obtained by breaking these Terms can be removed.
• If you think we made a mistake, email contact@plytzo.com and we will review it.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account, or as described at plytzo.com/delete-account. Deleting your account forfeits all your points and cannot be undone. What we keep after deletion is explained in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Plytzo and to these Terms

Plytzo is still being developed. We may add, change, pause or remove features, activities, providers, rewards and point values. When we change these Terms we update the version and date above; for important changes the app asks you to accept the new version before you keep using Plytzo.

11. No guarantees

Plytzo is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work without interruptions or errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our responsibility for lost points is limited to correcting the error. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under laws that cannot be changed by contract.

12. Not affiliated with Roblox or other brands

Plytzo is not an official Roblox product and is not endorsed, sponsored or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Plytzo does not sell Robux or any in-game currency, and never asks for your Roblox password or cookies. Plytzo is also not affiliated with Microsoft (Xbox), Sony (PlayStation), Valve (Steam), Google (Google Play), Apple or other brands that may appear as rewards. Those names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe rewards.

13. Intellectual property

Plytzo's name, design and software belong to its developer. You get a personal, limited, non-transferable permission to use the app. Do not copy, modify or redistribute it except as the law allows.

14. General

• If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
• We may transfer these Terms if the project is transferred or reorganised.
• The governing law and where disputes are resolved will be added after legal review, once the operating company is established.
